I highly recommend this coffee! This is my first time buying it. Its smooth, no bitter taste and doesn't need the extra scoop to give it flavor! Ours arrived with a tear in one bag. Customer support was fast in replying and sending a new bag. They stayed in contact until the new bag was received. Shipping was one price whether I ordered one or three bags. The coffee comes from Puerto Rica and arrived within a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely order again! They have a new customer with us!
